The Green Bathroom

The Green Bathroom

View from the Hallway, Just Inside the Door. The green sink, toilet, and tub stand out in lurid detail against the white tiled walls and brown wood ceiling.

This Green Bathroom is located halfway down the upstairs hall, to the left. It's right next to the Green Library, a fact that is probably not coincidental. This is our less-favored bathroom, because the Pink Bathroom downstairs features a heat lamp while this one does not (which will probably be significant due to the current lack of central heating). Still, the slanting wood ceiling is beautiful. The majority of the right-hand (eastern) wall is taken up by a mirror, just barely visible here.

The contractor doing the general construction inspection described this bathroom as "the 1930s meet the 1970s." That's his Cafe Roma cup sitting to the far right.
