The Dining Room, alternatively titled the Downstairs White Library, is located in the southwest corner of the house, adjoined to the Entryway by french doors. The room is fair-sized, with a huge window facing the forest to the south and a smaller window facing west.
A small chunk is missing out of the Dining Room to the east, where the Strange Hallway is located. There's also a closet back in the southeast corner. We don't know why it's there, but we plan to use it for storing games.
This room will doubtless be used for eating; playing Scrabble, Boggle, and Scattergories; and hosting weekly role-playing games for a select number of the local geeks.
View from Entryway, near the Stairs. The dining room
is visible, just through the open french doors. In the
forefront, the stairs cause the ceiling to slant; a closet
that extends under the stairs is to the right.

View from Just Inside the French Doors. In this view
you can see both windows. The paint has been ruined by the
JPeG compression algorithm, and is actually great in real
life.
